Please Note: All Payments are due on the 15th of the month. We will have a 4 day grace period and after that, a $50 late fee will be added to your account for payments (or postmarked) after the 20th of the month.

***Regional Teams attending LSC and/or LSR Tournament(s) in April through May will have additional $300 payments for both months of April and May. The additional cost will cover additional practice times, tourament fees, coaches salaries, and coaches travel expenses.

Payment Options

Payments can be made as cash, check, money order, Zelle, or Credit/Debit card. Please use the following information if you are mailing a check and please include your daughter's name and team on the form of payment.

There is an online credit/debit card "One-time" payment option below for the convenience of completing your payment online. This payment option will include a 4% processing fee and must be completed by the 20th of each month in order to not incur the late fee.

DEPOSIT 2024-2025 SEASON - WILL OPEN DURING TRYOUTS

This option allows you to use a debit or credit card to make your monthly payment. This option will include a 4% processing fee. A $50 Late Fee will be included on the 20th of each month.

SHOCKERS AUTO-DRAFT 2024-2025 SEASON - WILL OPEN SEPTEMBER 5TH

**Please make sure you have already submitted your deposit before signing up for the monthly Auto-Draft.

 

The Auto-Draft option is for those that wish to have their monthly payment automatically withdrawn every month. This 1st payment will be withdrawn on the day of signing up for the registration and the following payments will begin every month thereafter on the 15th of every month.

**** You must register your daughter with USAV and pay the $50 fee. That is not included in your league fees.
