The official season begins in November and will last through April or beginning of May depending on the team.

Practices are held 2 times per week for 2 hours sessions.

Each team will participate in 6 tournaments

Each team will participate in 6 - one day tournaments primarily in the Austin and surrounding area including San Antonio, San Marcos, Buda, Cedar Park and Waco.

Practice players ONLY - $800

Team Members - $1950.

Tournament fees, training fees, facility rentals, administrative fees, equipment, coach pay, coach travel, uniforms, team/program bondings, and EOS banquet.

*Fees do not cover travel expenses such as meals, airfare, or hotels.

No fees are refundable. The Deposit are NONREFUNDABLE.

In the event that a player cannot complete the season due to injury, illness, disciplinary reasons, or their own will, the fees are nonrefundable and due immediately!!

Teams are budgeted for a certain number of players. In order to protect players and teams, if a player quits a team, they will remain responsible for the full season cost until the balance is paid in full. It is a USAV policy that players may not transfer and play for any other club or team until the next season.

Texas Shockers Volleyball Club also maintains a contract that is legally binding between the club and the participants.

If you have outstanding fees with USAV, parents, players, or participants may not play or participate with any other club or team until all financial requirements have been met. This is USAV policy and parents, players, and/or participants are listed “not in good standing” with USAV until paid in full.
